Overseal School Improvement
School Improvement at Overseal Primary School
At Overseal, we continually strive for best practice because every child deserves a positive primary education.
Each year, we carefully review how to improve, considering our outcomes, national priorities, and the unique context of our school. We ensure our chosen focus areas are meaningful, raising standards and enhancing children’s experiences.
Our vision guides all we do:
“We value everyone, we all achieve, and we all shine.”
To achieve this, we set three key priorities each year through our School Improvement Plan. Progress is reviewed regularly, with a weekly focus in school and updates shared with parents via newsletters.
Governors play a central role in shaping our strategic direction. All leaders contribute to driving improvement, ensuring better outcomes for every child.
