We have considered why people are chosen for special jobs.

We thought about why Mary was chosen to be the Mother of Jesus. We looked at the chapter of Luke from the Bible and learnt the vocabulary incarnation. As part of this unit in RE we also looked at how Mary has been depicted in famous pieces of art.

We know ways that Muslims show commitment to their religion.

We have learnt about Muslim prayer and how Muslims prepare for their prayer in a ritual called Wudu.
