The Abolition of Slavery

This is an emotive topic where we will learn about the origins of slavery and how it came to an end.  We will be looking at key characters in the abolition of slavery and we will use our skills of historical enquiry.

 

The Mayans and Aztecs

The Mayans and Aztecs were interesting civilisations and we will be learning all about their lifestyles, including their human sacrifices and interesting fighting styles!

 

Both topics will be taught through a variety of lessons, including history, art and literacy.
