This term, we will be focusing on a range of mathematical topics. In particular, we will be looking at number skills to ensure we have a good understanding of essential mathematical facts. The topics we will be looking at during Autumn are:

 

• Number: Place Value
• Number: Addition and Subtraction
• Statistics
• Number: Multiplication and Division
• Measurement: Perimeter and Area

 

Throughout the term, we will have separate sessions to focus on arithmetic skills and basic number facts as these help to underpin everything else across the curriculum. We will also be aiming to get into the 144 Club for our times tables.
