Complaints Procedure

We aim to work with parents and carers to ensure the best possible provision for all our school community. The school will take informal concerns seriously at the earliest stage. In most cases concerns are successfully resolved informally through discussions with school staff.  The sharing of concerns at this stage will reduce the numbers that develop into formal complaints. It is anticipated that most concerns will be handled without the need for formal procedures.

While we hope and aim to resolve any concerns at this stage and  you do feel you need to make a formal complaint, the procedures to follow are attached below. For information relating to children with SEND, please also see the information on the link below.
