This term, we will be focusing on a selection of topics. Although we will be moving away from number work to focus on geometry and measurement, the skills we have learned earlier this year will be essential to our understanding of these areas. The topics we will be looking at during Summer are:

 

• Number: Decimals
• Geometry: Properties of Shape
• Geometry: Position and Direction
• Measurement: Converting Units
• Measurement: Volume

 

Throughout the term, we will have separate sessions to focus on arithmetic skills and basic number facts as these help to underpin everything else across the curriculum. We will also be aiming to get into the 144 Club for our times tables.
