Tuesday 19th May

Add fractions

Today, as you have been used to doing, you will first need to visit the White Rose website for the video slides, and worksheets. (I’ve also put the question sheet and answer sheet below.)

You can also visit the BBC Bitesize website for an extra video on today’s maths lesson (Tuesday 92th May).

The links are below:

Just a reminder – the idea is that the BBC provides further support to help you learn, you will still need to complete the White Rose question sheet, and as always, you can check your answers.

LO: TBAT retrieve facts from a text.

Remember, this is a lesson from Tuesday 12th May  - so make sure you follow the link below to get to the right page on the website.

This lesson starts with a quick quiz to see what you can recall from previous learning.

Then, you will watch a short video. Read the instructions on the page to help if you want to rewind or watch again.

Today’s slides use an extract from the diary of Anne Frank. Work your way through the slides, answering any questions in your exercise book.

As yesterday’s lesson, you will end the on-line session with a quiz.

I’d like you then to go to your Purple Mash 2Do’s – My character is…. I’d like you to think about what you have been able to infer about Anne Frank. The questions you have answered will help you.

You can draw a picture when you have finished, if you like.

Ou sont-ils dans la sale de classe?

Where are they in the classroom?

Today, you’re going to be looking at classroom objects and learning how to say where they are.

Watch the powerpoint first. You can click on the arrows as many times as you need to hear how to pronounce the words.

You will learn what some of the different objects in the classroom are in French and how to say them in your best French accents!

Watch the powerpoint a few times, or keep going back to it as you complete the worksheet.

There are three challenges – 1 star, 2 stars or 3 stars – take your pick!

You will need to use the pictures on the sheet to complete the sentences.

Bonne chance!

Good luck!
