I have realised that yesterday's worksheet is the same as the one I have uploaded today (four operations). I apologise if you watched the video on estimating and then found the worksheet tricky! If you did the worksheet on four operations yesterday, I will also add the estimating worksheet below. Choose whichever worksheet you haven't completed. Sorry for the confusion
Lesson 4 - Solve problems with money
Today, as you have been used to doing, you will first need to visit the White Rose website for the video slides, and worksheets. (I’ve also put the question sheet and answer sheet below.)
Don’t forget, you can watch, pause and rewind the video as you need to.
Lesson 3 - Estimating money (four operations)
Today and tomorrow you will be writing your own non-chronological report about a fictional animal of your choice. You could combine two or three animals like the text about the Sneagleonkey. It might help you if you draw out your animal first so you can truly imagine what it looks like ready to describe it's appearance and features.
Below I have added a document with reminders and prompts from the video which may help you. There are ideas and reminders to make your non-chronological report a successful one
You will have two days to complete your non-chronological report so I expect to see 5 sub-headings and paragraphs:
- did you know?
You have a 2do on purple mash called 'fictional animal' but if you'd prefer you could write your non-chronological report on paper and email it to me instead
Today you will continue looking at light with a focus today on what refraction is and how we can use it. Take part in the quizzes, watch the video and take part in any activities
