This will take you to the White Rose lessons for Summer Term 1 – these are the maths plans we follow in school, so you’ll be very used to the different methods and diagrams they use.

Watch the video slides – pause and rewind as you need to. Then, answer the questions on the activity sheets in your exercise book.

The answers are there for you to check, too.

Press the link, and watch the video clip. This is what your screen should look like when you get to the website.

In today’s lesson you will watch the video clip ‘Taking Flight’. After being dropped off with his 'boring, old Grandpa Tony’s disappointment is turned into a thrilling adventure through the power of a shared imagination, a 'Radio-Flyer' and a story telling Grandpa.

Once you have watched the video think about how Tony felt when his dad dropped him off to Grandpas house. Now brainstorm some ideas using different adjectives on how Tony felt when dad dropped him off.

You can take a picture of your work and email it to the year 3 email address (Year3@overseal.derbyshire.sch.uk)

We are all spending more time than we would normally on a computer to complete work, play games or talk to friends and family.  Therefore, it is important we remember how to keep ourselves and others safe whilst using the internet.

Today, all year groups will be doing some activities about staying safe online.  If you follow the link, it will take you to the 'Watch Play Like Share' activity. This is what your screen should look like when you click on the link.

Art topic - Let's continue to have fun with Rob Biddulph this week!
