Welcome to wellbeing Friday!
Although the government have told us recently that we can start to do a little more and maybe see a few more people (from a social distance), we’re still not doing as much or seeing as many people as we’d perhaps like.
This can mean that we sometimes feel a little fed up.
By practising something called ‘Mindfulness’, it can help us to feel better about things.

Then, take a look at the Mindful Minute Breathing Cards and the Mindfulness Challenge Cards.
You don’t have to do all the activities in one go, or at all, but I’d like you to pick a couple from each set of cards and just have a go.
Maybe you could show your parents or brothers and sisters, or it might be something you choose to do alone.
