Over the week we have begun to look at timetables as part of our statistics topic. For your homework this week, we'd like you to answer questions about a TV schedule. Remember to draw a timeline to help work out the answers.

This week, you have begun to work on addition and subtraction using the column method and applying this to solving word problems.  Your homework is to continue practising using the column method to solve word problems.

We have been working on positive and negative numbers as a part of our work on place value.

This week's maths homework will give you the chance to practice your negative number work.

You will be given the worksheet you need but as usual, it is attached here, too. If you lose your sheet or would like to more work on place value, the whole booklet (and answers) are attached.

Your maths sheet this week is all about ordering and comparing numbers - you only have to do this sheet.

Please have a really good go, thinking about the work you have been doing in class recently.
