In Autumn 2, we looked at fitness. We developed our skills in the following ways:

- Learnt new fitness exercises and routines.

- Learnt how to carry out exercises and movements with control.

- Took part in fitness circuits.

- Kept track of our fitness progress.

- Improved previous fitness scores.

- Discussed why it is important to do regular exercise and eat healthily.

- Discussed the need to prepare our bodies to be active.

- Set ourselves targets to beat.

The children selected one exercise and compared their results between two dates to see if their fitness had improved. They used ICT and maths to present this.
